Shipping Policy

Amy Victoria is committed to a delivery process that's clear and dependable. Below you'll find where we ship, how we handle orders, and what to expect when it comes to timing.

1. Where We Ship

Right now, Amy Victoria delivers only within the United States. Orders coming from outside the US can't be processed at this time.

2. Delivery Address

We send your order to whatever address you enter at checkout. Making sure those details are correct and complete is up to you — an address that's wrong or missing information can cause delays or send a parcel back to us.

3. Order Processing

Once you place an order, we prepare and process it within 1 to 3 business days.

Business days mean Monday through Friday, public holidays aside. Orders that land over a weekend or holiday are handled on the next working day.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 6:00 PM (GMT -5, Eastern Time), Monday through Friday, can be processed the same day. Anything that arrives after that cut-off, or across the weekend (Saturday and Sunday), is processed on the next business day (Monday).

4. Shipping Duration

After we've processed your order and it leaves our logistics center, shipping within the US usually takes:

8 to 12 business days (Monday–Friday)

A number of things can move that timing, including:

  • Seasonal demand
  • Transport capacity or logistics constraints
  • Customs clearance
  • Public holidays
  • Heavier order volumes during sales or promotions

5. Estimated Total Delivery Time

The overall timeline comes in two parts:

  • Order processing: 1–3 business days
  • Shipping: 8–12 business days

Altogether, that's roughly 9–15 business days from the day you buy.

These figures are estimates and can occasionally shift because of things beyond our control. Our logistics partners keep watch over shipments to help everything arrive smoothly.

6. Shipping Costs

Every Amy Victoria order ships free — there are no added shipping or handling charges.

Bear in mind that tracking details can take 3–8 business days to show up after a parcel leaves the warehouse, depending on the carrier.

9. Failed Deliveries or Wrong Addresses

If a package can't be delivered because the checkout address was wrong or incomplete:

  • The shipment may go back to our logistics partner
  • Our support team will get in touch to sort it out
  • We'll work with you on redelivery or another suitable fix

To keep things on track, please look over your delivery details carefully before you complete your order.

10. Delivery Confirmation

Once the carrier marks a package as delivered, we consider the shipment complete. If you can't find a parcel that's shown as delivered, our support team will help you reach the carrier and look into it.
