Return Conditions

Return requests can only be submitted after the order has been successfully delivered.

A return request must be initiated within 15 days of the delivery date.

Once the return request is approved, the customer has an additional 15 days to ship the item back.

All returned items must be sent to our fulfillment partner’s facility located in China.

All costs related to the return, including international shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and handling charges, are fully the responsibility of the customer.
To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following requirements:

The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

The product must be in its original condition with all original tags attached

Trying on an item for size or fit is permitted; extended wear is not allowed

Orders placed with the intention of returning multiple sizes are not accepted
By completing a purchase, customers explicitly acknowledge that all returns are shipped internationally to China and that all related costs are non-refundable.
Final Sale Items

Items purchased under Final Sale conditions are not eligible for return.

Final Sale items are defined as products discounted 40% or more.

Final Sale status is clearly indicated before checkout.

These items are excluded from returns, refunds, exchanges, and disputes without exception.
Restocking Fee

A $20 restocking fee applies to each approved return.

This fee covers inspection, processing, and restocking costs and will be deducted from the refund amount.

By placing an order, customers agree to this restocking fee for all eligible returns.
Return Guarantee
AmyVictoria offers a return guarantee on items that fully comply with all conditions stated in this policy and are returned unused and in original condition.
Return Shipping Costs
All expenses related to returning an item are borne by the customer.
AmyVictoria does not reimburse:

Return Timeframe

The total return window is 30 days from the date of delivery.
Returns requested or shipped outside this timeframe will not be accepted and are not eligible for refunds or disputes.

AmyVictoria provides a full guarantee for items with verified manufacturing defects.

How to Start a Return
To request a return, please follow these steps:

Once approved, you will receive the return address of our fulfillment partner in China

Ship the item at your own expense, including all customs-related costs

Use a trackable shipping method for all returns
Returns without valid tracking proof confirming delivery to our facility cannot be processed and will not qualify for a refund.
Refund Processing

Refunds are issued within 15 days after the returned item is received and inspected

Applicable deductions, including the restocking fee, are applied before completion
Liability Disclaimer
AmyVictoria is not responsible for lost return shipments once tracking confirms delivery to the provided return address.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
