Article 1 – Definitions
Within these Terms of Service, the following definitions apply:
Cooling-Off Period
The legally prescribed period during which a consumer may withdraw from a distance purchase without providing justification.
Customer
A natural person acting for purposes unrelated to trade, business, or professional activities who enters into a distance agreement with AmyVictoria.
Calendar Day
Any day of the week, including Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
Continuous Agreement
A distance agreement that provides for the regular or ongoing supply of goods or services over a defined or indefinite period.
Durable Medium
Any tool or medium that enables information to be stored in a way that allows future access and unchanged reproduction.
Right of Withdrawal
The statutory right of the customer to terminate the agreement within the applicable cooling-off period.
Seller
The natural or legal person operating under the name AmyVictoria who offers products or services via distance selling.
Distance Agreement
An agreement concluded exclusively through remote communication methods, without simultaneous physical presence of both parties.
Remote Communication Method
Any means used to conclude an agreement without in-person interaction.

Article 3 – Applicability
These Terms apply to all offers, orders, and distance agreements between AmyVictoria and its customers.
Before completing a purchase, customers are provided access to these Terms. If immediate access is not possible, AmyVictoria will indicate how the Terms can be reviewed electronically and will supply them free of charge upon request.
If additional terms apply to specific products or services, the provision most favorable to the customer shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency.
Should any provision of these Terms be deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
Article 4 – Offers and Product Information
Promotional offers with limited validity or special conditions will be clearly identified as such.
All offers are non-binding. AmyVictoria reserves the right to amend or withdraw offers at any time.
Product descriptions and images are intended to provide an accurate representation. Minor variations in color, design, or appearance may occur due to technical or manufacturing differences.
Each offer includes clear information regarding:

the total price (excluding any import duties or taxes);

the applicability of withdrawal rights;

Article 5 – Formation of the Agreement
An agreement is concluded once the customer completes the ordering process and confirms acceptance of the offer.
If confirmation is issued electronically, the customer may cancel the order until the confirmation has been sent.
Article 6 – Returns and Withdrawal
Non-discounted items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
Items purchased during a Final Sale—defined as a discount of 40% or more—are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. This exclusion is clearly communicated prior to purchase.
Article 7 – Return Costs and Refunds
All return shipping costs are borne by the customer once a return has been approved.
Returned products are shipped directly to an international fulfillment partner.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receipt of the returned item or valid proof of shipment, including standard outbound shipping costs where applicable.
Article 8 – Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (such as intimate apparel or earrings);

items designated as Final Sale.
Article 9 – Pricing
Prices displayed during an active promotional period remain valid for the duration of that period, unless adjustments are required by law or regulation.
Article 10 – Product Quality and Warranty
AmyVictoria guarantees that delivered products meet reasonable expectations regarding quality, usability, and conformity with the agreement.
Article 11 – Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed and dispatched with due care.
In the event of unforeseen delivery delays, customers will be informed as soon as reasonably possible.
Article 12 – Payments
Unless otherwise agreed, full payment is required at the time of checkout.
AmyVictoria reserves the right to correct inaccuracies relating to pricing, availability, or product information.

Article 14 – Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which AmyVictoria is legally established, unless mandatory consumer protection legislation provides otherwise.
Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Article 15 – Amendments to the Terms
AmyVictoria reserves the right to modify these Terms. Customers will be notified at least 30 days prior to any changes taking effect.
Article 16 – Shipping and Returns Logistics
AmyVictoria works with international logistics partners. Orders and approved returns may therefore be shipped to or from locations outside the customer’s country of residence.

Return and exchange policies may be updated at any time. AmyVictoria retains final discretion regarding return eligibility, without limiting statutory consumer rights.
