Return & Refund Policy

Amy Victoria wants your shopping experience to be clear and straightforward. This policy walks you through when items can be returned and how refunds are handled. Placing an order on our website confirms that you've read and accepted the terms below.

1. Return Window

You can request a return on an eligible item up to 30 days after your order is delivered, so long as every condition in this policy is met.

2. What Qualifies for a Return

Before we can accept a return, the product has to tick all of these boxes:

  • Unused, unworn, and free of damage
  • Sent back exactly as it reached you
  • Complete with every original label, tag, and piece of packaging
  • Requested within the return window
  • Approved by our support team before you ship it

A quick try-on for size and fit, the way you would in a store fitting room, is fine — wearing an item beyond that isn't.

3. Items We Can't Accept Back

A few things fall outside our return policy:

  • Anything with a broken hygiene seal
  • Custom or personalized pieces
  • Items damaged by mishandling or misuse

For hygiene reasons, underwear, shapewear, and bras can't come back once the hygiene seal has been removed.

4. Return Shipping and Restocking Fee

Approved returns all go to our central warehouse in Asia.

As the customer, you take care of:

  • The full return shipping cost
  • Choosing a courier that can manage customs clearance
  • Any customs duties, taxes, or extra charges
  • Accurate customs paperwork for the parcel

Amy Victoria can't be held responsible for return parcels delayed, refused, or lost because of customs trouble or incorrect shipping.

Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee applies to every approved return, covering the inspection, handling, and restocking of what comes back.

That same 15% fee also applies to:

  • Packages that are never opened
  • Orders refused at delivery
  • Parcels left unclaimed and sent back automatically

Exception: we may waive the fee if an item arrived faulty or damaged, subject to review.

5. Return Address

Only send your return to the address our support team gives you after approval. Anything sent elsewhere can't be processed or accepted.

6. Starting a Return

To get things going, email our support team.

Write to support@amyvictoria.com and include:

  • The item or items you'd like to return
  • Your reason for returning them
  • Photos of the product (required if it's damaged or incorrect)
  • Your full name and shipping address
  • Your order number

We'll get back to you with what to do next within 12–24 business hours (Monday–Sunday).

7. Cancelling an Order

An order can be cancelled within 30 minutes of purchase. After it moves into processing, cancellation isn't possible — but once it's delivered, you're welcome to request a return under this policy.

8. How Refunds Are Handled

Once your return arrives and we've checked it over:

  • We'll let you know how the inspection went
  • If it's approved, your refund goes back to the original payment method

Refunds are processed within up to 10 business days, though timing depends on your bank or payment provider.

Worth keeping in mind:

  • The 15% restocking fee comes off where it applies
  • Original shipping charges aren't refundable
  • Any optional insured shipping picked at checkout isn't refundable either

9. Discounts and Partial Returns

If a promotional discount applied to your order — a bundle or buy-more-save-more deal, say — and you return part of it, your refund may be adjusted.

We recalculate discounts on the items you keep, not the ones you first ordered.

Example: if returning items means your order no longer qualifies for the original promotion, that discount comes off and the refund is worked out again to match.

Refunds always reflect the final order value once these adjustments are made. Return shipping stays your responsibility, and the 15% restocking fee may still apply.

10. Store Credit

In some cases, at our discretion, we may offer store credit as a discount code rather than a refund.

Store credit given as a discount code:

  • Is non-refundable
  • Can be issued only once per order
  • Can go toward a future purchase on our site
  • Can't be swapped for cash or moved to another order

11. Failed Delivery or Wrong Address

If a parcel comes back because the checkout address was wrong or incomplete, we may:

  • Arrange a reshipment once it returns to our warehouse and the correct address is confirmed, or
  • Offer store credit as a goodwill gesture, depending on the circumstances

Should returned items arrive back in less than their original condition, we may reduce their value accordingly.

12. Changes to This Policy

Amy Victoria may update or revise this policy whenever needed. Any change takes effect the moment it's published on the website.
